Live In-Person Classes

Online Classes via Zoom
Engage in live learning from the comfort of your home with real-time guidance and interactive sessions, held remotely through Zoom. You are welcome to start at any class that fits your schedule.

Weekly – Saturdays and Sundays
Time: 7.00am to 8.00am (Singapore time)
Venue: Online via Zoom
Fee: S$26 per session**

These sessions follow the same schedule as our live in-person classes.

These sessions also cater to global participants who are in different time zones and find this timing more suitable.

Monthly – Beginners Course
Monday and Tuesday, once a month

To help ease new participants into the practice, we offer a dedicated Beginners Course once a month online via zoom. This course covers the fundamentals and provides a foundation for you to build upon. Attending this Beginners Course is not a pre-requisite before joining our other Qigong classes.

Monthly – Nourishing Qigong Lessons
Monday to Friday, once a month
Time: 8.30pm to 9.00pm (Singapore time)
Venue: Online via Zoom

Course Fee: S$182**
Over the course of five consecutive nights, Nourishing Qigong classes help strengthen your respiratory and immune system. The practice helps restore the essence of your body’s Protective Qi (卫气 Wei Qi) during your sleep after each session.

Weekly – Qi Breathing
Fridays on selected weeks
Time: 8.30pm to 9.00pm (Singapore time)
Venue: Online via Zoom
Fee: S$26 per session**

Experience gentle Qi Breathing practice to loosen your body, calm your mind and achieve a deep state of relaxation.

Monthly – Super Ring Qigong
Monday to Friday
Time: 5.30am to 6.00am (Singapore time)
Venue: Online via Zoom
Fee: S$26 per session**

Meditative Qigong movements that can help enhance your positive energy, promote a greater sense of centeredness and connectedness.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will I be able to join the lessons as a complete beginner?

Yes, we understand that everyone needs to start somewhere with Qigong, which is why all our classes are structured to accommodate practitioners with varying levels of experience.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or completely new to Qigong, you can learn and progress at your own comfortable pace.

To help ease new participants into the practice, we also offer a dedicated Beginners Course once a month online via zoom. This course covers the fundamentals and provides a solid foundation for you to build upon.

Attending the Beginners Course is not a pre-requisite before joining our other Qigong classes. You are welcome to start at any class that fits your schedule.

2. How do I make the payment of fees?

You may make your lesson payments via Paynow to UEN 201920958N.

Overseas participants who wish to use PayPal or Wise for payments may reach out to us for the necessary payment details.

Please note that any transfer fees or charges associated with the payment are to be borne by the participant.

To help us track your payment, please reference your name and the date of the lesson when making the transfer.

3. What do I wear for the qigong lessons?

The recommended attire is as follows:

-Long pants with a comfortable T-shirt top

-Track shoes or covered-toe shoes if attending lessons at the Singapore Botanic Gardens

-Please avoid wearing sleeveless or crop tops, shorts or caps
The idea is to keep your body comfortably covered during the gentle movements and exercises.

Additional Recommendation:

-Please bring along a water bottle, preferably a flask with warm water if attending lessons at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.

4. I am based in Singapore. May I attend both in-person and online lessons?

Yes, you are welcome to participate in both the in-person and online class formats if you are based in Singapore.

In fact, many of our current Singapore-based students choose to attend both, taking advantage of the flexibility as well as the different benefits that each qigong class format offers.

5. Can I join your qigong lessons if I do not live in Singapore?

Yes, you can absolutely join our qigong lessons if you live outside of Singapore.

We have a vibrant global community of students from countries including Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, the UK, Japan, Hong Kong and others, who participate in our classes remotely via Zoom.

The online format allows anyone, regardless of their location, to experience the benefits of our qigong practice from the comfort of their home.

All you need is a stable internet connection and sufficient arm’s length space to join our sessions.

6. Do I have to turn on my video during the zoom lesson?

Yes, this is an important part of the learning experience for a few key reasons:

1. It allows us to see you and provide real-time feedback and corrections as needed. Being able to observe your technique and form is crucial for us to ensure you are practicing correctly.

2. Having the video on also helps maintain the safety of the virtual classroom environment. It allows us to verify participant identities and monitor the session.

Please make sure your video is enabled when joining the Zoom lesson.

7. Can I do Qigong if am pregnant? What if I have a medical condition?
