This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the access and use of Qielement.com.sg (the “Website”) and sets out the basis which Jade Life Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, disclose or process any personal data of our Website users, as governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
